A temática história e cultura afro-brasileira relacionada com a formação profissional e as percepções docentes na escola de referência em ensino médio estadual de Pernambuco

Abstract

This scientific investigation has the aim to discuss some ideas about the formation of the teaching staff and their perceptions towards the subject: “History and African-Brazilian Culture”, both in practice and in theory inside the public state school of Reference in high school in Pernambuco. The extraordinary expressivity of the black people history and the search for a better understanding was what impelled the research, studying and analyzing documents together with the opinions of several professionals who teach Arts, Literature and History. Aiming to disclose the information collected, the resulting data are considered significant to the reflection before the law 10.639/03 about Africans descendants. This is an ethnic movement in aid of Politic Educational to the minority. The methodology used is a qualitative approach in the participant perspective. In this sense, the interviews were made and questionnaires with multiples questions. The results offer to the interested public three conceptions: the bibliography and its degree of interpretative comprisal, the documental analyses and the field research, which point some exchange possibilities and debates about Brazilian culture. However, thinking of the implications and problems related to the theme that usually come from the voluntary or involuntary, conscious or unconscious misinformation about the law 10.639/03. During the arguments and discussions, it was possible to express their choice of the educative actions and their power of transformation today, which consists in viewing the learning offered to students of the referred full-time school.
