Práticas educativas integradas a saúde: um olhar sobre as práticas de saúde na escola

Abstract

The Health at School Program (PSE) aims to contribute to the integral formation of students of public basic education through prevention, promotion and health care actions. The Brazilian citizen is constitutionally guaranteed access to health, education, culture, leisure and safety, and when there are needs interventions, public policies that integrate theory and practice. Being the school is an important place for health promotion and education with broad possibilities and initiatives such as screening, health education activities and prevention, diagnosis, referral and primary care. The research aims to reflect on the action of the Health at School Program, with the professionals of Education and Health, visualizing the dynamics of the development of interactional work of the two areas involved. As methodological basis the work has the contributions of TRIVIÑOS (2019), C.F (1988). FREIRE (1996). The research was conducted through bibliographic, documentary and field research, with the participation of people from the community and professionals from education and health. The research pointed out that it is necessary to mediatize methodological actions that contribute to the continuing education of the professionals involved, being necessary to sensitize them to seek training to meet the needs of the public and find out how the program is being practiced and implemented in educational institutions, considering the reality. of the units and students that will be attended.
