A mediação de conflitos cíveis como instrumento de empoderamento da mulher vitima de violência doméstica

Abstract

This work treats of the research and report of experience of the use in alternative way of resolution of conflicts in cases of violence against the woman. The present study was based in the gender subjects, that he/she has impactado in the social and family relationships, generating violence for the women, however it was delimited in the violence against the woman, be the present intimate relationships or it leaves of the past of those involved. The research tells the experience of the Centro Humanitario de Apoio a Mulher (CHAMe) in the city of Manaus, but their theoretical aspects are not limited her/it that experience could be used in other realities. The mediation presented in the research is not an attempt of tolerance the violence against the woman, in order to promote reconciliations with their aggressors, but he/she comes the mediation as an instrument of the woman's empoderamento, being this put in the agent's of transformation of his/hr own life paper and not only as spectator of the judicial decisions. Besides, the mediation is presented as prevention of new violence episodes.
