Projeto bandas de PE (Pernambuco): sua importância sociocultural na perspectiva dos professores ministrantes

Abstract

This research had as objective understand the function of the Pernambuco Bands project in the musical formation of students from the point of view of participating teachers. To this end, we analyzed the PE Bands project in the teaching-learning process, its socio-cultural scope having music as a factor of social inclusion. The study used, as a source, academic sites, annals, journals and others necessary for the construction of the work. We did the analysis, using the bibliographic research with qualitative approach, the cultural and oral history to account for the lines (interviews). For this, the method of literature review was carried out, starting with the analysis of the importance of the project Bands of PE for musicians from Pernambuco. Then, the importance of music as inclusion was emphasized, entering into the narration of those who make the project, the teachers. The result of the research was the relevance that music has in the inclusion of project participants, as well as those who teach and participate in the history of the project.
