CONSTRUÇÕES SOBRE A CULTURA E A PULSÃO NAS SITUAÇÕES DE INVISIBILIZAÇÃO E VIOLÊNCIA DE MULHERES LÉSBICAS À LUZ DA PSICANÁLISE

Abstract

The general aim of this work is to investigate the invisibility and violence against lesbian women, considering the dimensions of culture and drive. To contextualize the culture that operates invisibility as a process, we seek to describe the situation of the lesbian struggle from the first records and some significant milestones in history and to denounce the erasure of the place of the lesbian woman - this one that is differentiated from the simple opposite of the gay man , as a "female homosexual" - and imposition of the non-place posed by the pornography industry. Based on Slavoj Zizek's elaborations on ideology, we understand that lesbianity is excluded from social reality for not meeting the criteria of the established symbolic order. However, this operation is not perfect: lesbian women manifest themselves in the struggle for visibility - a return that Zizek places as spectral apparitions - and violence appears as a response to these apparitions. We analyzed the statistics according to the Dossier on Lesbocide in Brazil and observed four cases of violence, one of which was an corrective rape, which illustrated this idea from reality. As for the drive, we consider the Lacanian concept of racism of the drive, which refers to the hatred of female jouissance. Finally, we remember the continual bet of psychoanalysis: the word, which is not only the opposite of violence, as Lacan said, but which is the opportunity to give new meaning to the place that is imposed on us with its use based on our own language
