VIDA QUE SEGUE A TODO CUSTO: A RELAÇÃO SAÚDE E TRABALHO DOS PROFESSORES DA REDE ESTADUAL DE EDUCAÇÃO DA PARAÍBA

Abstract

Over the years, teaching work in basic education has suffered several impacts that are generated by changes arising from the educational reforms of the last decade. Due to quarantine and social distancing are used as some of the main measures taken by the Ministry of Health to contain the advance and contamination of the population by covid-19, public schools started to work exclusively remotely, through technological resources such as the internet and online meeting platforms. This scenario intensified the difficulties faced by the category, in addition to worsening the health of workers and the precariousness of the public education system. This study seeks to analyze the relationship between health and work of teachers in the state education system in Paraíba during remote teaching caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The instrument “Health and Teaching Work in the Pandemic” was used, elaborated by the research interns in partnership with a union of education workers. It is composed of objective and subjective questions, which are distributed in the socio-demographic and diagnostic dimension. Data were analyzed and interpreted based on the theoretical-methodological proposal of Psychodynamics of Work. In diagnostic research, objective data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. For the subjective questions, a qualitative research was carried out through thematic content analysis. Based on the diagnostic analysis carried out and presented to the category, the article proposes the holding of meetings about work, thus allowing the construction of autonomy and the strengthening of the collective.
