Abstract

This report describes the creative process involved in the elaboration of the tv show bible and pilot episode script of the fictional tv show Clube das Terças-feiras. Inspired by coming-of age science fiction shows like Stranger Things (2016) and Paper Girls (2022), the series follows the story of three girls with completely different personalities, who, after an accident in gym class, are grounded every Tuesday and, upon discovering that an imminent danger approaches their city Aurora, fictional city located in the interior of Paraíba, need to put asidetheir differences and fight to save everyone they love, all while navigating the pains,joys and uncertainties of adolescence. During the development of the plot, the heroines need not only to go through the journey to save their city, but also the journey to discover their desires, their place in the world and who they are, using the theory of the Heroine's Journey (Murdock, 2020), Clube das Terças-feiras proposes a story centered on the female universe, about sorority and about the journey of discovery and maturity that comes with the characters'encounter with the fantastic and the lessons they learn from each other.
