A reinvenção do profissional do setor de eventos diante da pandemia (Covid-19).

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought with itself several negative impacts that affected many areas of the labor market. The events sector was one of the most affected.Thereupon, the general objective of this paper is to understand the reconstruction of the new ways of working for professionals of the events sector based on the reality imposed by Covid-19. For the realization of this paper, an exploratory bibliographic research technique was used, with a qualitative approach. This paper also used semi-structured interviews as data collection, applied with professionals from the João Pessoa events sector. Thus, it appears that, despite the impacts, professionals in the events sector sought out to reinvent themselves and invested in their services, each in a specific way, according to their segments, but in a virtual way.
