Da nitidez e invisibilidade: sobre a fragilidade dos laços afetivos

Abstract

The formation of the human person is not limited to a solitary practice based on singular assumptions, but is evident, so to speak, in the condition of relationship between “equals” in a structuralist perspective to create affective bonds. By reflecting on the formation of human dignity and the creation of affective bonds as part of the same process, this work highlights that the fragility of human relationships through affective abandonment is a social reflection that generates emotional, psychological and moral damage. Since the thesis that supports the formation of a family in Brazil is one that takes into account the socio-affective context, the State, in this way, proposes and characterizes an open field of action, a terrain where conflicting interpretations of general rules of rights, of important meanings, composes a scenario of intense discussions.In addition to discussing that the feeling of love is not an obligation, but that abandonment generate moral damage provided for by law; discuss the consequences generated by this abandonment; and point out the elements that integrate the duty of care, – this work analyzes the fragility of human ties starting from the variable that the existence of family relationships is configured in the importance of their functional mechanisms within a given society.
