A EFETIVIDADE DAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS VOLTADAS À CONCRETIZAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS E GARANTIAS ASSEGURADOS NO ORDENAMENTO JURÍDICO BRASILEIRO ÀS IMIGRANTES E REFUGIADAS VENEZUELANAS

Abstract

The migratory flow from Venezuela significantly affected Brazil, the state that was most affected was Roraima, which is a border region and where refugees tend to settle, since they do not have the conditions to travel to other parts of the country. In this sense, the creation of the Acolhida Operation, the National Program for Interiorization and several other public policies brought solutions to the North's dilemma and made thousands of Venezuelans experience new opportunities for life and work. Given this context, this research has as its object of study public policies for Venezuelan immigrants in Brazil. The problem is part of the lack of effectiveness of Brazil's internal legislation and the construction of public policies for refugees in the country. With this, it aims to answer the following questions: were these refugees integrated locally? Are public policies meeting the special needs and vulnerabilities of the female world of refuge and immigration? The research also has the bibliography as an analysis technique, using documental analysis. It is concluded that Venezuelan forced migrants are partially integrated and public policies are difficult to access and without specificity.
