A presença Indígena no curso de secretariado executivo bilíngue da UFPB

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discuss the existence of indigenous people on the Bilingual Executive Secretarial course, given that there are a large number of students enrolled on the course, since this predominance will have a direct impact on their various secretarial activities in and outside their villages. Therefore, the aim of this study is to find out what indigenous students think about the Bilingual Executive Secretarial course, from the environment they are part of at the institution to their individual assessments of their academic preparation. The results were obtained through a quantitative, descriptive field study survey. This approach was carried out with indigenous students enrolled in different periods, using a form remotely and then applied in the classroom, analyzing individual responses from each participant, so that different opinions are present about the questions asked. The results show that there is always room for improvement, but that the secretarial course has been highly rated by many indigenous students, even those who do not wish to work in the villages.
