DA LOUCURA DO TRABALHO AO TRABALHO COM A LOUCURA: A SAÚDE NO TRABALHO DENTRO DOS DISPOSITIVOS DA REDE DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL DE ÁLCOOL E DROGAS

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the functioning of the Psychosocial Care Network and the health of workers in the city of João Pessoa, identifying challenges and struggles in the field of Psychosocial Care for Alcohol and Drugs, bearing in mind the changes incurred through the Psychiatric Reform Law and some of the Basic Care devices within said context, such as the Street Clinic (CNR) and the Psychosocial Care Centers for Alcohol and Drugs (CAPS-AD). The theoretical perspective of the Activity Clinic proposed by Yves Clot will be utilized, with consideration for interactions with Vygotsky's historical-cultural theory. The methodology involves the adoption of Oddone's Instruction of the Double (1970) with an unstructured script, starting from the single triggering question: "If there was a person that was perfectly identical to you, from a physical perspective, how would you tell them to behave at work so that no one would notice that it is not you?", with a view of developing a psychology of work in which the worker takes on the central role in the self-confrontation of their labor activity. The results revealed aspects related to the ethical-emotional labor issues faced by network workers, especially amidst a scenario of resource fragility and the effects of an incomplete Psychiatric Reform in actual work. This made it possible to understand aspects of the workers' power in behaving, along with preexisting professional genres within the perspective of the Activity Clinic, along with the necessity of deepening studies within the perspective of worker health, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the public policies of the Psychosocial Care Network and Mental Health.
