Práticas pedagógicas das oficineiras do Projeto "As Calungas".

Abstract

The current work searches to understand the pedagogic pathways of the workshops ministred by the percussion group As Calungas beginnig a investigation about the music production from the members, who act in the city of João Pessoa, in the state of Paraíba, Brazil. To develop the work, analysis of interviews with the group members was made, using audio resources and interview transcriptions. Starting from feminist concepts and traditional folklore we look about the collected material of the interviews handed by the members. We realize that the group uses in their pedagogy about aspects of the traditional folklore, and the cornerstone of the workshops is the orality and, by consequence, the mimicry and reproductions of the teachings by the members.
