A inteligência artificial no sistema judiciário trabalhista brasileiro

Abstract

Technology has always been a catalyst for change throughout the history of human society. In this sense, the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of the Brazilian labor judiciary represents a technological approach with great potential to optimize processes, accelerate procedural practices, and reduce workload. This text aims to examine the role of AI in the Brazilian judiciary, delving into the issues related to its challenges and benefits, the experiences gained from models already in operation, and future prospects for the development of these intelligent systems in the labor procedural domain. The study analyzes how AI is being integrated into the judicial system, identifying key areas of application, as well as ethical and legal challenges. The central question to be answered is: how can artificial intelligence contribute to procedural speed and efficiency without compromising judicial procedural security? The methodology adopted consists of a bibliographical and documentary review on the subject. By the end of the text, a clear picture of the current stage of use of this intelligent technology in the country's judicial institutions is established, as well as insights into the potential future paths this tool may follow without compromising the security of legal practice.
