Título: Acidentes de trabalho e adoecimento ocupacional: o aumento das subnotificações no pós-pandemia
Autor(es): Lima, Gabriela Torres
Primeiro Orientador: Rodrigues, Arthur Bastos
Resumo: Workers' health is the main theme addressed in this work, especially regarding its repercussions after the pandemic and the new reality experienced by the working class, highlighting the growing informality and precariousness of work over the last few years, as well as its effects on workers' health. This work sought to analyze how the process of increasing underreporting illness and work accidents occurred, through the analysis of data provided by SMARTLAB, together with relevant bibliographic research. Data on work accidents, underreporting data, and data on the granting of social security benefits (B31 and B91) were discussed. In addition, the work highlighted the increase in these data in the state of Paraíba, as well as the cycle of concealment of the issuance of the Work Accident Communication (CAT), having observed the relevance of the intersectionality between race and gender regarding work accidents and work- related illness, since black workers and female workers are the groups most affected by precarious work.
