Abstract

The present work was developed from the theme Children's Literature as a way to develop special children's learning, focusing on the importance of this genre in the cognitive and affective formation of the student, with the general objective to investigate the main difficulties teachers face in introducing literature in His classes and how to develop teaching methods with the intention of bringing to the student the habit of reading in a pleasant and uncharged way, and the importance of literature in teacher training, helping the teacher to develop his reading habit. The research is a bibliographical one, it deals with concepts of children's literature and development and reports the pedagogical use of children's literature in teacher education. Also presenting literature as a viable means of inclusion in the classroom. Emphasizes the practice of reading children's literature in teacher education and the relation of children's literature to professional practice. The research was developed through bibliographical surveys of authors that contribute to the exploration of the theme and construction of the text. It can be said that the objectives were achieved because the success in the teaching of children's literature has been used in the classroom as a helper in the development of learning and by bringing a load with various themes can provide inclusion activities in the school environment.
