As práticas educativas lúdicas no ambiente hospitalar

Abstract

During the hospitalization process, the child is distanced from his daily life, from his family, from school, from his friends, in short, from reality in life in society. Interruption of routine activities may impair the child's biopsychosocial development and may damage the quality of life, learning and recovery process. This paper sought to present the importance that the playful activities, mediated by the educator can positively influence the recovery of these children in health facilities and their intellectual development. Through playful educational practices, the child can express his feelings, his yearnings and better absorb the new moment he is going through. This study is a qualitative research that uses the bibliographic and documentary survey as methodological strategies. Given the study, it can be identified that the presence of the pedagogue and the use of play in the children's hospital environment is of fundamental importance for the hospitalized child, because the pedagogue can provide this child, that she has the guaranteed school links, and the playful then becomes an “educational attraction” in the process of teaching and learning and recovery of this student.
