O Fenômeno do bullying e seus impactos na comunidade escolar: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

The present work sought to deepen the theme about bullying and school violence. In this perspective, we try to understand the concept of bullying, and the consequences of this type of violence, especially in the school space. To this end, we use as a theoretical reference author who focus on this theme such as: Gomes (2013); Silva (2017), among others. This study also aimed to answer, through the bibliographic review, some questions, such as: What triggers the process of aggressiveness? What are the consequences in the teaching-learningprocess? That said, we chose as our main objective the identification and characterization of school violence practiced in educational institutions, its triggers and probable social and cognitive consequences. The research also seeks to anchor itself in the legislation in force in our country, such as the Child and Adolescent Statute, Law 8069 and Law 9394 that establishes the Guidelinesand Bases of National Education. We present a reflection on the contribution, together, of the family and the school in minimizing this problem. We also seek inour studies to understand what actions can be implemented in schools that targetcoping with and correcting aggressive and antisocial behaviors. The study concluded that there are differences between school violence and bullying, both events have different causes and spreads, but they are present in the school, reaching the students and their development as citizens and that to solve it is necessary solid public policies and that the school, family and community are committed to the curtailment of these events.
