OS DESAFIOS DA PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL BRASILEIRA DIANTE DAS NOVAS FORMAS DE TRABALHO

Abstract

The present paper is located in two distinct branches, Social Security Law and Labor Law. It portrays the study on issues related to the Brazilian General Social Security System, specifically with regard to its deficit, against the background of the current context of new forms of work, often precarious. The in-depth analysis of the thematic justification for the confidence of the social security structure for the country's economy, visualized in the reforms, the last one taking place in 2019, as well as the importance of analyzing new work relationships, mainly the phenomenon of uberization, through which millions of people occupy brazilians get up. The central point of the study is how the Brazilian social security system is affected by labor relations and how it will sustain itself in a context of informality in the labor market. The objective is, therefore, to arrive at audio issues for the world of work that lessen impacts on the current Social Security, expanding the debate to the two spheres of law mentioned here. From this, adopt the hypothetical-deductive method, as well as other procedural methods, in order to present facts, question them and select the determinants to arrive at a hypothesis. As final results, I hope to contribute to the debate, by justifying the removal of theses that do not suit Brazilian characteristics, as well as raising new questions that have an impact on contemporary forms of work and on the Brazilian simple pay-as-you-go system, having as its north the guarantee of the principle of human dignity for workers and security guards.
