CAPITALISMO DE PLATAFORMA E A TRANSFORMAÇÃO DO MUNDO DO TRABALHO: A AUTOMATIZAÇÃO E PRECARIZAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS PROMOVIDAS PELA EVOLUÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA

Abstract

With technological advances promoting increasingly drastic changes in the world of work, it is necessary to understand them and what role the state plays in the face of new modalities and labor relations. The work is justified by the unbridled advance of technology, at a time of deepening the Brazilian social crisis, with records of informal and uberized work. In this context, it is necessary to consider the current phase of the neoliberal State, inserted in a context of platform capitalism, promoting the automation, flexibilization and precariousization of contemporary work. The view of this, it is different: is the Brazilian State, in its current phase, involved with the changes in the world of work promoted by technological evolution, which has generated the reduction of protection resulting from workers’ rights, contrary to the constitutional values and other norms present in the Brazilian order? Thus, it is objective to understand and analyze the state action in the face of changes in the world of work promoted by technological evolution. Methodologically, the approach of historical and dialectical materialism will be used, observing the phatic reality and dialeticity present in production relations, mainly regarding the analysis of the formation and role of the State in society. Furthermore, bibliographic-documentary research will be managed, as well as to the works that will theoretically support the text, with emphasis on Leonhard (2018) to deal with technological evolution and its impact on the world of work; Dupas (2006), on the myth of progress generated by technological evolution and globalization; Vysinsky (1942), as to the function of the State; and Emerique (2020) on austerity neoliberalism. Report of the Institute of Applied Research (IPEA), normative diplomas and judicial decisions, to portray the behavior of the State in the face of changes in the world of work. In the end, one perceives a clear character of the use of the neoliberal state of austerity of technological advances for the deregulation and precariousization of the world of work, acting as the ruling class dictates, to the detriment of the socially vulnerable classes. Therefore, we note the importance of strengthening the Federal Constitution of 1988 and its principles, from human solidarity to the social value of work, as well as the recognition of new forms of work and their protection.
