| Resumo: | O presente trabalho foi delineado nos moldes de um plano de negócios, no qual foi analisada a viabilidade econômico-financeira para a abertura do empreendimento Mumbaba Bistrô,um estabelecimento diferenciado que trará todo aconchego e qualidade de um legítimo bistrô para a cidade de João Pessoa (PB). Foram estimados os investimentos fixos, assim como custos fixos e variáveis, bem como a receita baseada em um dos modelos de cardápio que será ofertado no restaurante. Com base nos dados da pesquisa realizada foram identificados interesses específicos relacionado ao tipo de serviço que será ofertado. Através de pesquisas mercadológicas e resultados obtidos com o preenchimento da planilha financeira do SEBRAE-PR (2018), foram identificados pontos que evidenciam a viabilidade do investimento, tais como sua lucratividade mensal de R$ 12.474,49, indicadores de viabilidade econômica positivos e diante dos dados obtidos na pesquisa. |
| Abstract: | The present work was outlined along the lines of a business plan, in which the economic and financial feasibility was generated for the opening of the Mumbaba Bistrô venture, a differentiating establishment that brought all the warmth and quality of a legitimate bistro to the city of João Pessoa (PB). These were fixed investments, as well as fixed and variable costs, as well as revenue based on one of the menu models that will be offered at the estimated restaurant. Based on the survey data, specific interests related to the type of service to be offered were identified. Through market research and results obtained by completing the financial spreadsheet SEBRAE-PR (2018), points were identified that demonstrate the feasibility of the investment, such as its monthly profitability of BRL 12.474,49, indicators of positive economic viability and on of the data obtained in the research. |
